Fun outdoor Senior pictures have become a lot more popular over the last couple of years. And I love taking them.. the teenagers are generally easy going and lots of fun to try some crazy ideas and setting with.

Jackie is a local Senior and we actually planned on doing her pictures the weekend before last… but that ended up being the one day that we had rain. Thanfully we were able to reschedule it to this past Sunday…

The people at the gate into Patapsco State Park know me by now, haha

Cherie and Lee were married on September 11, 2010 at Kurtz Beach in Pasadena, MD.

The girls all got ready at Cherie’s friends house and the guys got there right around the time everyone was ready to go. We planned on stopping at Lake Waterford Park for a few pictures of the bridal party, before heading to the venue.

Well, since we ran late the driving bridesmaid tried to make up for some lost time.. and promptly got pulled over. And yes, the officer really wrote her the ticket, bride in the car and all….

A speeding ticket and a few pictures later we made it to the venue and the Ceremony began. It was a beautiful outdoor ceremony by the water, the weather was just PERFECT for it!

The Reception immediately followed the Ceremony. Cherie’s daughter even sang an A Capella Song for everyone, so cute!

Cherie and Lee, I wish you guys the best of luck and a wonderful marriage!

Tina and Joel’s big day was September 4th .. the day that everyone expected the Hurricane to make it’s way up here. Luckily it turned out to be a gorgeous sunny day, just reeeeaaaally windy.

Tina and Joel got ready at the Hyatt Regency, where the Reception was going to take place at as well. When I first arrived I immediately felt comfortable with everyone around. All of Tina’s bridesmaids were so nice and welcoming. It was great.

The room was awesome with huge windows and great natural light, I was loving every minute 🙂

After everyone was dressed I met Joel in the hotel lobby and the limo took us up to Federal Hill Park where we waited for Tina to arrive to do their little reveal. Even with all the wind it was great outside and even Tina’s hair held up wonderfully.

After the reveal we did some shots with the bridal party and from there it was off to the Old Otterbein Church for the Ceremony. Just like the hotel room, the church offered amazing lighting, which you don’t come across too often…

The Ceremony was so beautiful and very emotional. I heard sniffling from all sides 🙂

After the Ceremony everyone went back to the Hyatt for the Coctail hour and Reception. The entire night was so much fun and David Orlando, the DJ, worked his magic as always and had the crowd dancing.

Tina and Joel, I wish you guys soooo much happiness. It was a pleasure to be part of your day and I hope to see you back some day with baby 🙂

Wow, I can’t believe that we are already so close to the season winding down. A couple more month and we all will be in the mids of Christmas shopping.

This year I will be offering an Off Season Discount for any wedding that is being held between January 1st and March 13th.

The same counts for Engagement, Trash The Dress and Boudoir Sessions Sessions

I met with Lauren and Mike at my second home “Patapsco State Park” to do their engagement pictures. It could not have been a more perfect day. It was sunny but with temps in the high 70’s not too hot or cold.

They brought their puppy with them to include in some shots and wow, this doggy has some energy. I wish some of that energy could be contagious for humans, haha. He is a Jack Russel mix so he was on the go and just wanted to be everywhere at once… but funny enough he really did not like the water.

Lauren and Mike, I had such a fun time with you guys and can not wait for your upcoming wedding in October!!
